Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring cricket bats are protected and clothing is neatly folded.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier point to be sent back to our quality control team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our equipment experts verify the condition of the items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 5 business days.
